I believe profit of FPI will be affected by Covid-19 for more than 20% and dividend next year will be lower than this year, 11 cts.

I am waiting to buy MORE FPI below 1.30. The reason is that 1.30 +0.11 div(paid in Apr)= RM1.41. 1.41 is just 13% discount from 1.60 which is the average price of FPI before Covid.

If you are eager to have FPI, in fact 1.30 is not expensive too. If I have not had FPI, I will buy now. Good luck.
