I have some shares in SUNWAY. Price now is deemed below NTA value. I also cannot understand why there is no dividend so far. Anybody knows why? Quite disappointed with this stock.

Can bursa query them when they say will declare dividend but did not? That sounds like misleading the investors.

dont worry, see the TA report, then you will have confident. sunway is a big and potential company. Really for long term investment based on current price.

No dividends were declared for FY 2011 as
shareholders had been rewarded earlier in the
year via capital repayment schemes which
distributed 20% cash to shareholders. However,
moving forward, the Board has endorsed a
dividend policy of 20% of PATMI to be distributed
annually. This policy would balance the need
of our shareholders for annual dividend income
while retaining suffi cient earnings to fi nance
Sunway’s sustainable growth objective.

（吉隆坡25日讯）儘管產业发展计划將受到全球谨慎的投资环境影响，但市场相信，在国內建筑工程热潮与產业投资信託业务的带动下，双威（SUNWAY，5211，主板產业股）2012財政年的盈利表现將得到扶持。

双威的產业销售在今年首季因新马两地的產业紧缩措施影响而大幅走低，即从去年末季的9亿令吉销售下挫至首季的2亿令吉。

同时，在全球经济放缓的紧张情绪下，达证券分析员对双威的產业销售与新盘推介，也抱持谨慎的態度。其中，中国的天津生態城產业发展项目的推介礼也已延后至明年。

然而，达证券分析员指出，在市场逐步適应马新两地的紧缩措施后，次季的產业销售已重新取得增长，並回升至4.6亿令吉。

分析员因而仍维持双威2012和2013財政年，分別取得10亿令吉及20亿令吉的產业销售目標。

房產信託贡献大

虽然对產业领域的前景相对谨慎，但分析员却看好双威的建筑业务发展前景。

截至今年6月，双威获得12亿令吉的新订单，从而让其合约订单上升至29亿令吉。隨著大马乐高乐园（LEGOLAND）即將开张，分析员也预计该项目將为双威带来显著的盈利贡献。

与此同时，分析员也相信，双威持股36.9%的双威房地產投资信托（SUNREIT，5176，主板房產信托组），將有助于提振双威次季的盈利表现。这是因为，双威房地產投资信托普遍以净利的20%用于派息。

此外，双威医疗中心也在去年取得收支平衡，並今年上半年带来盈利贡献。这意味著，除了双威大学、莫纳斯大学（Monash University）和双威Giza外，该医疗中心也將可在未来纳入双威房地產投资信托的组合当中。

有鑑于此，分析员上调双威2012至2014財政年的盈利预测8.1%至8.9%。

同时，分析员也给予该股「买进」的评级，以及3.34令吉的目標价格，即仍有50.5%的增长潜能。

short term, i think it is not so welcome. So, not much trader touch. for me, i prefer buy and hold. I regret not buy during price 1.6. but i still have buy when price during 1.9 - 2. so investor or trader or still want to chase the over-valued stock? up to u.

if u are long term investor, sunway is right biz.. otherwise just ignore this share... for me, i'll keep at least 3 years if no any change in its board..lets say the price double up within 3 years.. it's just valuable to hold it...so... i still keep my 'bullet' to shoot it if the share drop
