@Risk Trader - if this stock drop to that TP then the management of the IOIPG are really bad and they don't care about their investor :-) with that no point invest in this stock.

I would say let observe it for some time before get in.... I have some confidence with their management but not so sure till they proof that.

This counter not bad mgt but properties bisnes in problem for this yr....currently all the bank very difficult to approved the housing loan...prop mkt value will down 10% to 20%

@Risk Trader - thanks for sharing. Yeah a lot saying the prop market will down 10% or more. There is always an exceptional plus I still don't understand why so many developer still continue the prop development. I keep on asking myself do we really have so many demand in the country. It's because the Chinese come to invest here since their country have so many restriction ion buying a house there.... but let see. We as a small investor always the first that hit by all this :-)

Anyone know and can share is IOIPG have a lot of lands in their land bank?

From RM3.50 on the listing day to RM2.60 now. Very soon you can buy at ipo price,or even lower than that. Those bought at high all trapped. Early bird not necessarily good.

Exactly, early bird not necessarily good. The Wisdom is not to buy any ipo shares since we are unable to quantify its performance. A Careful & Value Investor will only buy a Stock if he can examine its performance after 5 years. Yes, reading 5 years of Annual Report carefully.

Only then we get some clarity as to its present position and future prospects.

Since KLSE is dominated by speculators - expect many to make losses after losses after losses!

This counter look like another UOADEV. A big name but listed at overvalued price to earn maximum money from retail investors from their major shareholders. It will drop far below its IPO's price. It's a good counter, but don't jump it so early. Wait to buy at safety level price.

Tshwong, I cut losses b4 CNY although a bit painful. (Loss a few K) Have learn to cut losses a bit. Waiting to take back some. But everything is cheap now. My biggest fear is US may not end yet.

1.76 was the price apart from the free shares offered to shareholders of IOI. I think IOIPG share offered to public was 2.51.So don't think you sell at 2.55 you make money. Must consider the cost of IOI Corp shares which has dropped.
