cashflow is depleting fast and furious

1. No cash inflows from dummy receivables unless paid by Dr.K himself from his own funds kept in somewhere secretly ,that only he knows.

2. If Books that has been cooked can be uncooked ie rectified as claimed by you, what is the safeguard to the investors?

3. shorties might capitalise on this mess to their advantage.

4. The creation of satellite thing is just to divert attention. The root to the problem of SD has yet to be resolved.

5. AA has been transparent and cooperative with the authorities concerned during the conduct of Investigation and willing to assume accountability and responsibility for any wrongdoings and/or irregularities unlike SD

6. All the negativities embroiled with SD are seen as harbingers of the doomday of SD to come

current bond trade at 10 sen
meaning bond holders will definitely call on a complete-default to receive 25 sen per bond now,
which cost about RM 450 mILLIONs
and another 75 sen later (RM 1.6 BeeLIONs)

if they wait another day
the conman might sell off sebak asset to his own family at cheap cheap price, and the family will sell off the asset at higher price to cronies and cronies will sell off to others and lose all the money trail track.

Nonsense, you all please read the two years quarter report cash flow statement, it's still very healthy, you all can check from previous two years till now, it has been steadily performed, the only issue is the balance sheets cash reserves decreasing quarters by quarters, but actually all these are manipulation of accounting purposes, it can be rectified one.

The default of Bond means SD got financial issues? Nonsense,it's SD wayang to attract shorties to come in and short again, and weak holders to have panic sells.

If really got cash flow issues, why karim still said wanted to have own satellite and will fork out 10m++ by second quarter next year.

This SD is very similar to last time AirAsia (fake accounting issues), then AA plumped from 1.70 dropped to 0.50 at year 2015. Please check back the history la, then once resolved, back to 2.0.

And Armada when 0.15-0.20, always got many FAKE negative news, but eventually up to 0.50++

Why is it KPMG’s fault? KPMG caught serba cook the books so they report to authorities, is it wrong to report? If a police saw a crime going on and catch the robber, is it wrong?

What you want is KPMG to keep quiet so that Karim can continue to cook the book. You dont care who will get hurt eventually, all you can is your own money.

KPMG saw fraud and they reported, KPMG did nothing wrong, it was Karim that lied to you guys, dont blame KPMG.
