Commonly newly entered PN17 will experience extreme downfall n could go below 10cent.. or even 0.025 before any chances of revival... it could take a year or more for recovery..just look at history of other PN17 companies... unless the new boss is so great like Tony.

They had a highly educated workforce, government support, and a prime location. Also, American prohibitions on Japanese rearmament allowed Japan to direct these funds towards education and economic development.

Wrong example

The use of renaissance of Japan to be the economic power after defeat of worldwar ll as an example is a monomer to SD.

Japan tried to conquer Asia by military force and committed terrible crime whereas SD tried to swindle the investors both local and foreign by false accounting..

It takes a long time to build trust but it takes a second to destroy what has been built.

Once bitten twice shy...its a sunset to SD

Remedial action

As a solution, the Serba Dinamik board said the company will formulate a comprehensive regularisation plan for submission to Bursa Securities by end-January 2023.

“The regularisation plan includes inter-alia, funds raising exercise to be undertaken by the company, the proceeds raised therefrom will be used as working capital and funds for future projects,” noted the board.

“The company will appoint a principal adviser to advise the company on a regularisation plan.”

Moreover, the Serba Dinamik group will focus on costs saving and optimisation plans in order to remain competitive in the current business environment while engaging closely with secured lenders to discuss options for its debt resolution.

“Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the group expects to resolve the issues relating to the disclaimer of opinion within the next financial year (FY6/2023),” added the board.

If I were to trust you or Serba, I will not visit Halul Offshore Services Company WLL's site at haluloffshore-finance.com , a domain that is hosted by Penang-based Exabytes. And I will not point out that the site has since been suspended.

In addition, I will not visit the archived pages at: https://web.archive.org/web/20190527142009/http://haluloffshore-finance.com/

Since I trust that haluloffshore-finance.com is allegedly the website for Halul Offshore Services Company, I will not check out the Milaha group at https://www.milaha.com and discover that the real Halul Offshore Services Company is actually a subsidiary of the Milaha group.

I will also not state that Serba has created fake projects using similar sounding domain names.

I will Trust only until 11.59pm 7th January 2021.

Jho Low and his associates had incorporated Aabar BVI Ltd in British Virgin Island to be similar to Aabar Investment PJS, which was the real subsidiary of International Petroleum Investment Company (IPIC).

El Cheapo Serba just use similar sounding domain names.
