I thought you are more rationale, comparing between AA and SD....are you sure?

There are many PLC being categorized as PN17 like Scome, Bara, kheen Seng which struggle due to covid or operation issue there are many Bumi or politic counter in PN17. It is business matter.

But SD is different, is a company venture into space, their problem is fake and no auditor acc, under prosecute by regulatory. It is legal issue.

2 different issue, how to compare?

事件揭发以后，世霸动力的反应，像极了政治高官的处理手法。先是否认，然后自我陈白以脱罪，再下来事情闹大了，表明愿意协助当局，同时委任独立审计师进行调查。

第二步骤，则是转过身来讼告吹哨者，名为自己的清白抗辩，实际上也有威吓吹哨者之意。写到此处，大家觉得这是否和日前发生的一件大事甚为相似？

话虽如此，因为涉及的是商业利益，股市投资比政治或官场简单很多，许多投资者见势不对，马上斩仓离场，将伤害减到最低。这造成世霸动力股价大跌，直接惩罚了公司。

而上市公司毕竟遭到证监会和交易所监管，有如平民遇到警察那样，气势已输三分，纵然请到皇牌律师也不容易打这场官司。

和之前多家公司不同的是，这回公司主帅没有弃保潜逃，而是继续正面迎对执法者，来个法律交锋。
