Of course the best action is to change the CEO and BOD of Serba. However, it is a challenge as they are also the major shareholders. Unless Pak Karim & gang give way for a new CEO and BOD. then Serba will rise again.

and Serba can sue Govt for RM10 Billion damages plus interest at 8 percentum annually.

and repays bonds

and declare RM1.00 dividend from Govt damages
