Hayflick limit breached for most local circuit neuron cells aka inter neurons.
Neuron stem cells in sub-ventricular zone also deactivated.
Neuron can no longer divide or extend dendrites.
submachines continue to produce amyloid which are the tube channels for dendrites.
Since dendrites can no longer extend, amyloid builds up.
Tau production builds up since sensors detect amyloid. Positive feedback loop.
The Tau effectively binds amyloid into bunches as dendrites extends. Its like a rubber band around pasta of amyloids.

since neurons and dendrites no longer grows, both Tau and amyloids builds up in the car park space used in kicap example as rubbish strewn inside brain. The Tau is very reactive and functions as storage binder for the amyloids.

Removing the rubbish accumulation of Tau and amyloids does not solve the root problem of the Hayflick Limit breached and neuron stem cells deactivated.

Like I already said many times, just addresses the symptoms.

She suffered an hours-long seizure in her bed. Her friend broke into the apartment and got medical help. Discovered to have many brain microhemorrhages and edema. Dead within 24 hours.

ATK mystery expose: trading TauRx news for years.
He's merely an opportunist hiding in the Genting forum, trading on TauRx news for many years. Of course, he knows the techniques of trading the TauRx news. He encourages retail investors to sell at "his" target price, and when the share price drops, he keeps encouraging investors to sell, still creating fear despite the share price reaching support levels of 4.00 and, on two occasions, at 4.50. He continues to exhibit shortist behavior every time the share price hits the lowest support levels. This guy, ATK, hides behind a computer screen, pretending to be a trading guru and millionaire.

I have traded this stock numerous times successfully with or without Taurx news. Taurx news only started to attract more investors' attention from June 2022 onwards after Lucidity result. As mentioned before, it was actually Covid vaccine news that was the most powerful news for this stock. From 2.95 shot up to 4.95, up 65% within 2 months.

I have given warnings get out of this stock right at the peak of Taurx rally on 11/03/2024. Those warning were very prompt, meaning if traders have followed my call and sold immediately, that would have been near / around the maximum trading profit. I also made this exit call during early June 2022 just before the big collapse. Price indeed collapsed soon after. There were other such posts also, but Im too lazy to search out my old posts to prove that trader can nail price topping out quite accurately.

Of course there are always perma bulls seeing their profits evaporate into losses unhappy that trader managed to nail the top, advice others to exit promptly (which they didnt take it seriously). Im dealing with price action. I cannot continue to cheer on like perma bulls when price action was looking bad.

Its true I traded this stock successfully numerous times and made millions in trading profit. What is there to pretend??? My profit from stock trading Genting is really peanuts compared to my real winnings from investing Taurx shares. @MC eating sour grapes jealous shd go spend more time to learn TA + FA skills rather than doing pathetic false accusations / attacks on the savvy ones.

Logic errors may permeate any pharma line of attacks.

example as follows:-
car accidents may cause deaths.
not all deaths are caused by car accidents.

a dedicated tauopathy solution may not address the entire population of Alzheimer conditions. Such drugs may only cater to certain subset of Alzheimer patients and NOT all Alzheimer patients as a population total.
Removing jargon => Such drugs sometimes works and sometimes does not work.


Food for thought =>
Yoshiyama et al. (2007), show that hippocampal synaptic loss is observed before NFT formation. Neurofibrillary tangles (NFTs) are intracellular aggregates of
hyperphosphorylated tau protein that are most commonly known as a primary biomarker of Alzheimer's disease.

Essentially Yoshiyama says Alzheimer can happen without NFTs formation. So any drugs targeting prevention of NFTs will not work ALL the time as Alzheimer drugs.

As already pointed out by Michael's doctor friend, death may occur. This reason is due to recent findings that tau itself is a transport mechanism necessary for synaptic action. Any drugs that removes or wipes off too much rubbish tau may result in synaptic failure leading to death.

Davies (1987) Synaptic damage is an early event in AD and synapse loss correlates with cognitive deficits even more strongly than the number of NFTs.

Yes @Michael, I have many Malaysia brothers in Johor, Penang and Kuching. Even been to KK and Tawau before. Malaysia is a very beautiful place with nice and friendly people.

Traders dont worry abt stock prices as we only react to price action, hence if price at 5.20, 5.00, 4.80 or 4.50, 4.30, 4.00 its not an issue. We try to keep emotions out and execute trades like a mechanical robot. I wish you success and huat in your Genting investment.

To become a better boyfriend, you need to understand your girlfriend very well. To trade a stock well, you need to understand the behaviour of the stock well. I still manage to nail the important top (5.20 zone) and bottom (4.45 zone) for this stock during 2024. Call this a trader's life long learning process, Im forever a student of the stock market. I treat this business very seriously. I trade to win money.

No money now, all showhand into Taurx, which I believe can give me much higher returns than stock trading. But some day I will take back all my Taurx investment capital and start stock trading business again.

Just like stock trading, I already have a defensive strategy in place for my Taurx investment. Bought it cheap nevermind la, something like if bought genting at 1.00 so what if price goes back to 4.0, 3.50 or 3.00? Im holding abt 0.6% of Taurx total outstanding shares, still thinking of adding a little bit more. There is no end to GREED. However at a certain milestone next yr, i will lock in some profit, take back all vested capital n let the paper profit ride on. Im right on my investment in Taurx else it wont be showing me huge paper profit right from the start, never in a nett loss position. I understand to make the real big money, a trader/ investor needs to hold tight on winning trades / investments.
