Apollo remains a wonderful company which generates consistent dividends for its investors. Its lack of growth and innovation is troubling but I believe the company could easily sustain its dividends and cash flows for another 10 years and hopefully more.

Note that the upcoming AGM Agenda item no 8 states proposed gratuity payment of RM52k for an outgoing director.
My question is 1) Isn't the directors' fees already sufficient? 2) What did this director do to earn this extra sum of money?
As shareholder we should question these over and above payments.

The impending dividend and an expected good QR later in the month should see this counter being one of the many companies emerging handsomely post-covid. Accumulation is a no brainer.

The share price was forced down by a quantum of more than the declared dividends due to the huge persistent selling by Amanah Saham of 2.328 million shares throughout 9 Nov to 9 Dec period. Guess why? Cos Amanah Saham had to find every single penny to pay the annual dividend before 31 Dec 2020. Honestly it doesn't make sense for Amanah Saham to sell before such lucrative dvd going ex. Unless they had to cos of cashflow...

首6个月，该公司累积净赚106万令吉，按年蒸发86.7%；累积营业额也减少17.8%，至7665万令吉。

This is below our expectations, accounting for just 37% of our previous full-year forecast. The group’s topline was lower than expected, which we believe was affected by a challenging environment and intense competition. No dividend was declared.
