Property Development segment a major profit contributor for Ewein which comprise of property development, construction, and trading of construction materials. Property Management and Letting segment offers managing an office building, a heritage or cultural property, and car parks. Major revenue contributed for Ewein from Malaysia.

2nd casino why propose? Genting too far for Penangites to go and many accident has happened and killed many lives unnecessarily.

No need casino la dude. With the Penang South Reclamation project that suffice to tap huge value already without any casino. Ewein can be the front runner for developing that, which can boost the potential of their share price.

Can still build all that ...F&B shops, parks, stores, malls, etc ...but minus the casino. Penang can still gain huge value and get money from many things, Casino should be the last thing to consider. You think casino is the only factor for attracting tourist and boost the economy ka? Build something that not only sustainable but promotes healthy environment based on nature with technological advancement and promotes good quality lives to Penang people, that's where the real value is.
