My tukang tilik sifu says Insas upside powerful above Rm 1.00 by year end.

My Senior analyst estimates Insas fundamental worth above Rm 2.60 mah!

My 009 investigators found out hidden reserves of Insas excluding Inari comprises mainly properties & investment value is more than Rm 700m, giving insas another Rm 1.00 gain besides NTA Rm 2.75 & inari mark to market gain of another Rm 1.50.

Thus Insas intrinsic value can reached something like Rm 2.75 + Rm 1.75 + Rm 1.00 totalling = Rm 5.50 loh...!!

U buy insas for Rm 0.90 v Rm 5.50.....it is a steal mah...!!

Public bank with conservative top management don’t worth more than RM19..... bonus issue having not effect on value of stocks , just half of retail investors don’t understand it n assume it get cheaper or must go up at least 15-20% during this bonus issue time ...

Intrinsic no gua, but gorengability much much better, plus usually it does mean the timing of this exercise could mean business is on an extraordinary uptrend, otherwise the promoter of this exercise doesn't gain much.

Past history on many other solid counters with bonus issue mostly tells us that share price after ex-date does go up more and sometimes (rare) even surpass pre-bonus levels if you give it time.
I've enjoyed it from those Batu Kawan / KLK times, and the more recent gloves also the same.

By right, bonus issue is Dr Reserved Profit and CR Capital, without having diluting the market value. Else, is like opposite of consolidation of outstanding shares/subdivision, quantity of shares in circulation will be plentiful. However, more people can afford when the price being adjusted.
