IQbe is right. Bjcorp stock price has been manipulated to kill off punters who played the call warrants. As long as the call warrants prices are below the strike prices, the call warrants have zero value on expiry date. If you understand call warrants, you will know why Bjcorp price must remain low. That is what iQBE is trying to tell us. I believe him. It's very easy. Just study the price movement of Bjcorp and the relationship to the prices of each call warrant on their expiry date. Tell me which one warrant makes money. For call warrants to make money, Bjcorp price must be above the call warrants strike price upon expiry date.

Interesting comments and analysis. In summary, does that mean the stock price will not have much upward movement until 7 March 2016? I bought in some time back (on the basis that it was undervalued etc.) so am down quite a bit, very tempted to sell and cut losses but just about holding on to it for now hoping that something will happen.

Call warrants are issued by bankers. They are different from shares, warrants issued by the company, loan stocks. It is more for gambling. Playing with the bankers. How to win?

hi Team , I am new bought this counter, I find out this counter give our 1+5 = 6 % dividend this year :
like that consider very much money because this counter only 0.38
let say 1000 uinits x 0.38 = rm 380
dividend 6% x 1000 units = rm 60
60/380 = 15.7%
base on below informtion :
29/09/2015 Final Dividend DIVIDEND 1.0% 07/12/2015
31/03/2015 Loan Stock Interest INTEREST 5% 16/04/2015

If I wrong can someone correct me please .
I am a new investor.
very really need your help

ivan really really new if what he/she write is true. Better do study and home work before start buy any share in stock market. 5% is for those LD holder. not for the mother share holder.

ivan9511, loan stock interests are only for those buying BJCorp loan stock (BJCORP-LD), NOT BJCorp (BJCORP) shares. BJCorp shareholders are only entitled to RM 0.01 per share end of each year for the past 2 years.

klkk, each time we thought it is already cheap and we buy in, the price will fall to the next level. Buy and hold is ok. I wouldn't know to hold for how long. I have held for 4 years. The last call warrant expires at the end of March 2016. Hope no more suppression of the price then. Good.luck.

The price of BJcorpse was deliberately suppressed so that it will be below the call warrant conversion price on the date of expiry. Crooked way of making money from the traders. Don't know why the government allow these call warrants to exist. The price of BJcorpse has been distorted with its price at PER 1.5. Dirt cheap but shareholders losing money.

Ivan9511, to be entitled to the 1.0 sen dividend you have to hold till the market closed on 4/12/15.
Similarly, for those interested to get the dividend the last day to buy and get the dividend entitlement is on 4/12/15.

If the latest LD ICULs conversions announced today has been carried out by VT or any party that he has interests in or who act in concert with him, then a threshhold has been crossed to trigger an MGO for BJCorp.

Whether there will be any cause for celebration tomorrow, it is hard to gauge for this counter. Haha.

It may be another unrelated party converting the LD ICULs but very unlikely.

A price offered may not be attractive but usually offers should be in the vicinity of the NTA?
