Just updated to the latest version and it feels really bloated. When scrolling through the restaurant with more items, the app gets real slow. Also, restaurant tags need to be improved as the current search results is really bad. There's also this bug when you scroll through more restaurants, the same restaurant will keep reappearing.

Worst experience I had so far. System not refine search to areas available, also not allow user to filter area manually. Upon check out only realize there is max points can be redeemed. Took > 10 min also cannot remove an item from shopping cart. Logout and login multiple times also cannot. Can't understand why roll out such an immature app.

I like new Rides option and I welcome competition. I'm happy to support you guys but PLEASE FIX THIS APP. It's slow, it hangs, it's buggy, notification icon on Samsung (Red icon on green background looks really bad (I know it's a matter of taste). Please improve the app and I will gladly support you...

AirAsia food order plaform, the price is good. But the platform and user experience is sucks! The information in key in is different on the rider apps. That make me have to accept for their ego? Terrible experience with the apps!

App is okay so far.. sometimes hard to get driver... And app sometimes difficult to maneuver and lack real time updates in map/tracker.... but I understand it will be better in due time. Keep kup the good work! ONLY ONE THING , DON'T BECOME GREEDY LIKE GRAB AMD START INCREASING PRICES. KEEP YOIR PRICES LOW AND REASONABLE . DONT BECOME CORPORATE CAPITALIST LIKE GRAB!!

I do agree that AirAsia app needs improvement, the loading time is just too long, just don't feel snappy when using it. But nothing is perfect from the start.

And I feel Asian superapp players got alot of catching to do. For someone who had used Amazon, Lazada and shopee still don't feel up to par (compared to Amazon)

....... diehards keep talking about how great AA super app is but they aren't qualify to comments simply bcoz they don't know how it works.... AA EH n food delivery will fail big time.... I know bcoz I work as driver Grab n hv seen so many apps come n gone.......AA is simply trying to join in eating the cake.... they r not creating their own cake n the cake now is much smaller.... much more smaller...

I donT think AAX will exist Next Year....Liquidation of Asset will come....And AA own 13% about
507mil will be Dust...It will also Hit personal account of Kama and Tony (Tune for Sure ).....
All in All i think if AAX is Liquidated, Tony and Co will see about 800mil to1 billion of personal
wealth disappeared..but most of this money belong to the Bank ( so you understand who is supporting AAX and AA now)
