Yeah exactly, high oil and coal are here to stay. Prudent investor seems like don't know anything.
When I say gov won't raise tariff as election is coming. He saying government will.2days after that government confirm won't raise tariff. This are all basics also he cannot understand.
Then talking about profit and loss but can't even show the work out.
I doubt he even understand how electricity generation works. How much being distributed by each plant type. Etc etc.

So the government's recent announcement of a RM5.8 billion electricity subsidy for 2H22 was made for fun.

Didn't say like what you claimed. I wrote should there be no tariff increase, then TNB would be duly compensated. The problem now is TNB might not get its compensation promptly due to the government's financial position.

Try avoid the poforlio counter which epf holding,glove stock is an example all the way down and still dont stop yet,epf is sitting on bil of paper lost on many counter i think and they desperated to cash out and cut lost due to low fund

To me, this news is worth "the amount of energy generated by hydro could avoid fuel costs of about RM463 million a year, compared to the use of coal as fuel".

There are other mitigation methods for diverting the increased cost of coal such as building more hydro stations, solar, etc renewables energy, converting coal fired to gas fired..which is on-going.

SC never issue UMA to EPF why keep on selling TNB non-stop. EPF sold TNB whole month in Jun 22. Base on today's trend, it is quite obvious EPF still continue selling now.
