1. Ffb in June 2022 up 91,000 tonnes to 20.9% more

Cpo at Rm6552

3.99 sen cash from staggered profit of Sabah land sales

Aug results next week will show all

Nov 2022 results will be even more fantastic

Rm500 millions received (staggered from Rm731.09 mil part payment )

about 22 sen not counting operating profits

So there two months got earnings power

and more!

Kutai / Nusantara lands in super boom now

All debts settled next year Tsh will follow Inno to pay very good dividends

@ Calvin, I kasi you this 2Q AVG CPO as you claims RM6,552, 3Q also RM 6,552, 4Q also RM 6,552. Then where is the grow?
You said Nov22 RM 500m is received, People is looking for Core Net Profit, not “NET PROFIT with exceptional items” . If this type of selling land reported net profit can be stimulus share price(or justified the fundamentals of share price) , then market won’t value TSH at this price loh. Please don’t divert attention and talk non-sense !

in nature look at the sweet potato plants

1. Sweet potato leaves are above ground

you can harvest sweet potato leaves and sell it

2. Sweet potato underground

you can also dig up sweet potatoes and sell it for higher profits

so sell palm oil or sell lands at high value both add to bottom lines

Same principle in palm oil also apply to real estate investments
you can buy rental properties like Robert Kiyosaki to collect regular rental income

and after real estate prices go up alot you can also cash out by selling the properties for high profits

both add to real growth in wealth

The non productive piece of land was picked because location is best and non productive so the cost of land  wont be too  high for acquisition. If its a highly productive land probably might fetch a much higher price.

Then there are proximity value advantage to other tsh land nearby.
The Bulungan Regency land sale was obviously picked with strategic advantage to tsh.
The plot of land will be the seeding land for nusantara heart.
It will house nusantara green power generation industrial park in future where international company like tesla will set up their plant here or nearby to tap on green energy in future .

So you can see whoever got to contribute this initial seeding land got huge advantage.
Of course tsh and indonesia bosses will pick a seeding land which is nearby to own land.Do u think they will pick a land near to klk or competitor ? If there is.

And coincidentally. Boss up his daily acquisition to 500k when the nusantara masterplan  and the acquisition of seeding land is confirmed.
