The report was ready on 30th September but never released. This also makes clear that since so long time the report was not made public. With the sell of warrants karoom still trying to settle under the table. But looks difficult now. Most probably the suspension will continue and he wont release it before 26th Oct

Privatisation is actually not a bad idea. Mabel has good experience with La Farge, Maxis, MAS and Cycle and Carriage.

For Cycle and Carriage it did not went through as some Investors got too greedy and vote against it. Mabel was actually happy with the offer prices to take it private just like La Farge, MAS and Maxis.

No issues for me if they want to take it Private.

The results of the SIR was given to SD's independent Directors on 30 Sept 2021. Obviously the 3 Ind Directors and the people from EY would have knowledge of the report. Did share price drop from 30 Sept till Yesterday. NO. Looks like Karim finally got the details and decided to switch from the warrants to mother shares (Warrants at exercise price of $2.60 is way out of money ). Karim managed to buy 1m mother shares before BURSA stop him.
