@ tommyleong, can slowly buy UPA as FD. Boss will declare yearly dividend which is just enough to cover bank interest. Kiamsap boss but the company is net cash. The company assets are mostly in prime location. Can take a bet.

Already lifted from PN16, got mega project from gov. Already on uptrend, price before is below 30sen. I got it on 37sen. The highest it got is 47sen before retrace and today closing strong at 42sen. I think the connections of GM should race the Raffles cup, the 1st leg of the prestigious Singapore triple crown, pet distance 1600m, and thereafter the subsequent feature 2nd and 3rd leg races..
