@Woo John.. At the end of the process bidding, there is only 1 winner. So the share price of both Geely and PSA would be affected too. If the company got fundamental, they won't afraid of their share price being affected by this minor hiccup. Their concern would be getting the best deal out this. PSA looks to have a higher chance. Doing business with Chinese is never easy. They maybe cash rich, but they are way harder to negotiate.

let's put it simple, when drb submitted and received the loan last year the condition were already agreed that proton needs to sell certain percent. now they dun hv choice, either PSA or Geely which ever offer better terms. there is no need to panic sell. opportunity to accumulate now

I totally agree with you @Woo John. They must get the deal done. So you need to have enough holding power on this. The decision maybe continue to drag. Rumours would continue to fly around. Till certainty return, I cant see share price on uptrend.

peeps i would see see n wait if there is any more concrete news before buying more. at 1.36 to me its not cheap enuf. i bot at rm1 before and at rm1.2 ++ but this is just me.

drb has a bad perception now thats why its being sold down. just be careful and be logical n be smart and not just listen to so-called other jokers in here. they may even have or not have any hidden agendas.
