Despite profit taking, Harta has remained steady.

Next week onwards will be interesting as we await a slew of earnings announcement from Supermax, Careplus and Harta.

If earnings exceed expectations, I foresee massive re-rating ahead, possibly testing the previous high.

There is no other sector apart from gloves that can provides such earnings visibility in the next 2 years at least.

The prevailing bias is still in favor of gloves. We have seen a resurgence of cases worldwide and we are just about to enter the cold season. This rising second-third wave would re-accelerate the ASPs growth further.

Watch this space.

Just be careful. Nothing is for sure. For instance when everybody expected TG shares to go up when TG announced their QR result of 1.3B. What happened, the share price fell What cause the fall?. Speculation of overvalued or Mr.market playing Up down, Up down to make money.

Glove is unlikely to be affected by the political uncertainty and the U.S election or even the vaccine. Gloves rally has started since April until now. We all are well aware that regardless of those news, their profit is increasing every quarters and there is no sign of slowing down as the covid19 is still increasing around the globe.

We have experience turbulences from august to september and i think we all learned that, regardless of any news, people who panic sold their shares will then realise they make a wrong decision because the glove price will recover and go higher than the price they sold. We all learn from mistake. Those who are holding gloves are much more smarter than before.

The Employees Provident Fund (EPF) said today one of its employees at the EPF Kota Kinabalu (KK) branch had tested positive for Covid-19 on Wednesday (Oct 14).
In a statement today, the EPF said the employee has not reported for work since Oct 2.
The KK branch had been temporarily closed since Oct 7 to abide by the Conditional Movement Control Order (CMCO). Nevertheless, we have also undertaken intensive sanitisation of the branch premises, while we continue to monitor the situation together with the Ministry of Health and the National Security Council.
To minimise the visitor footprint at our branches, members who want to visit a branch must first make an appointment through Janji Temu Online, or instead, opt to perform transactions online via i-Akaun. The EPF remains committed to ensuring the safety and health of everybody,” the pension fund said.

MAHSING is singing this monday on HUGE Buy Call !!!

my teams expect trading volume will peak up to 1Bils shares changing hands this monday...as it's correction and profit taking for all the big 4 starting next week, that means they will switch over to MahSing, and we expect the Elephant in the Room the EPF might jump in too since they are heavily disposing MahSing shares past few months...TP expected in a week to peak at RM2 !!

Not an advise to buy , hold or sell For me, I have sold Harta for profits last Friday. If it goes up next week , good luck to those people who are still holding. Just be careful. Political uncertainty in Malaysia n the US. Mr market decides the up or down. Invest at your risk.

Top Glove and Supermax is still the best. Their profit are very good. Supermax profit 2000 plus % and Top Glove 1500 plus%. Harta is only 134%. Just my two cents.

Top Glove is definitely good, volume +ASP= Boombastic! Harta last quarter didn’t increase much in ASP but this coming quarter ..I would say the PAT more than expectation .

Forget masing trying to ride on the coattails of existing gloves manufacturers.
The johnny come lately type of companies trying to take advantage of gloves boom will eventually end up in tears as getting approval to sell to Europe/USA will take at least 1.5 years to become FDA approved before they can sell to the medical industries which are for top grade gloves from well known existing gloves manufacturers with high ASP for foward sales locked in presently to ensure a steady committed supply supply until 1st half June 2022.
Those late comers can only sell as lower grade gloves having to compete at cut throat prices with china glove manufacturers as their production quality is suspect and always encounter high defection rates which even lower grade buyers will normally reject.
Talking, MOU signing and securing of forward order book is not easy for new entrants like masing and a few others without production expertise and experience!!!
New entrant glove companies are not buy and hold investments after 1st quarter 2022 on dissipation of covid.
Only the strongest and the well experienced and managed glove companies can weather any demand drop in due course as they have existing reputable customers who will not default on their forward purchase orders.

A bird in hand is better than 3 in the bushes. Gloves earnings is visible to all as its production capacity increases, Ave Selling Prices go up, Spot Pricing percentage increases, and more cases across the world, what with new mutations. I started investing in Gloves since January this year.

It's all in the family..
