Actually SC is protecting the stock by not allowing trading as once start trading, will sure that the price will plunge to whoever know to cents as long as this whole accounting issue not settle........, anyway be prepare for total loss......

Dear all,

Since it is now disclosed, I can hereby state that SD had the intention to deliver the AR 2020 early December 2021. See previous posts.

They have had made the preparations during the the week 26th November 2021 to 3rd December 2021. They also prepared the AGM slides.

However, due to circumstances at that time, it was derailed.

It doesn't really matter, since the AR 2020 was completed end November 2021 and with the latest SC charges, no changes have been made save for the auditors report with a little tweak to their statement.

As promised, I hereby am giving notice of *possible* announcement of Serba Dinamik's Annual Report 2020/21.

Serba Dinamik started the announcement machinery last week.

However, SCIB will *most likely* not like follow Serba's footsteps.

Since its down to the wire for the release of the Annual Report 20/21, I will try (no guarantee) to give an advance notification of 1-3 days in advance of its disclosure by SD.

For example, if SD intends to release it on 20th December 2021, I will let you know on 17th - 19th December 2021.

Conversely, if SD cannot release it by 31st December 2021, I will let you know on 28th - 30th December 2021.

We have audited the financial statements of Serba Dinamik Holdings Berhad, which comprise the statements of financial position as at 30 June 2021 of the Group and of the Company, and the statements of profit or loss and other comprehensive income, statements of changes in equity and statements of cash flows of the Group and of the Company for the period then ended, and notes to the financial statements, including a summary of significant accounting policies, as set out on pages X to XXX.

In our opinion, except for the effects of the matters described in the Basis for QUalified Opinion section of our report, the accompanying financial statements give a true and fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company as at 30 June 2021, and of their financial performance and their cash flows for the period then ended in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 In Malaysia.
