This QR loss because low realized revenue, perhaps delay in closing account. But Qtr3 should be profitable because if you refer to QR2 report, trade +other receivable more than RM280M if you deduct trade + other payable, which means more revenues will be realized in Qtr3. Collect more.

COMPANIES ("WINDING UP") PETITION WITH NO: WA-28NCC-774-09/2022 FILED BY CEDY THIRD CONTRACTING AND TRADING (M) SDN. BHD. ("PETITIONER") AGAINST VIZIONE CONSTRUCTION SDN. BHD. ("RESPONDENT")
The Board of Directors of Vizione wishes to announce that its wholly owned subsidiary, Vizione Construction Sdn. Bhd., had on 22 September 2022 received a Winding Up Petition dated 19 September 2022 and Affidavit Verifying Petition affirmed on 21 September 2022 from Ravindran, the Solicitors who act on behalf of Cedy Third Contracting And Trading (M) Sdn. No such court case..its nvalid and wasting court time la.
Vizione takes the position that there is no default of the 11th instalment payment and no such
outstanding sum of RM1,350,000.00 due and owing to CEDY as alleged.
At the material times, an advanced payment of RM1,716,313.93 has been made to CEDY.
Vizione has previously demanded CEDY to refund the advance payment of RM1,716,313.93.
However, CEDY refused to do so. Vizione takes the position that Vizione is entitled to set-off
the sum of RM1,716,313.93 with the balance sum due in the Partial Settlement Agreement
including the 11th instalment sum.
Further, Vizione also take the position that the letter from CEDY dated 26/7/2022 is not a valid
statutory demand and the Winding Up Petition has no basis and is an abuse of the Court’s
process. Vizione will seek legal advice and oppose the Winding Up Petition accordingly.
