Game has not started yet. See I bought Kumpulan Perangsan Selangor (KPS) years back at 42 cts. Its NTA Was RM2.00. And after I bought at 42 cts KPS Even Crashed to an All Time Low of 39 Cts.

Yes! KPS at 39 cts game over? Definitely not! KPS later SHOT UP TO ALMOST RM4.00. Up over 1,000% When KPS reached RM3.00 from 39 Cts - The Whole Stock Broking Hall Sounded out "KPS! KPS! KPS!" KPS lai liaw!

So Someday in the near future is will be " MP CORP! MP CORP! MP CORP Lai Liaw!

48 cts is Very Cheap! Ecoworld jumped 43 cts in one day today! Ecoworld was only 11 cts in 2009.

What if MP Corp also jump 43 cts in the future? Possible?

I think by now with the Ongoing Speed of So Many Lorries, Excavators, Dump Trucks, 4 Wheel Drives & Other Highway Construction vehicles in Bandar Sri Alam & Nusa Damai the people of Kota Masai (Ecoworld), Scientex, & Bandar Sri Alam (UM Land - taken private) are Now Wakened Up To The Big Potential of MP's Very Valuable Landbank in Taman Nusa Damai.

So The People Who Know First Are Buying (Yesterday they bought Ecoworld & pushed up Ecoworld to cross RM5.00 for the first time (Up 43 Cts). Today they buy up MP Corp at over 50 Cts to end at 52 cts(Up 4.5 cts)

This Is Still In Its Early Days For MP Corp. Only 10% are Bullish & 90% are still bearish on MP Corp. So there is still much room for upside.

Another counter called "Global Carriers Bhd" (PN17) might be delisted because of RM34 Millions Debt. Global Carriers has 24 cts (NEGATIVE NTA). Without any recourse to Assets As A Buffer or MARGIN OF SAFETY = Global Carriers is Doomed!

For MP Corp It Is A Different Story. Why?

Warren Buffet once suggested selling only when price has doubled. So sell target is 95 Cts. However, I am no good at calling for a sell. I bought KPS at 42 cts. I sold 50% when KPS doubled to over 80 cts. And when KPS tripled to RM1.20 I had sold all.

After selling off KPS at RM1.20 KPS price still moved up all the way to RM3.98. So I must confess I am poor at calling for a sell.
