The announcement will a more detailed announcement based on an earlier announcement as follows:

The Minister of Economy said the Government will be announcing some RM25b worth of national projects under the Energy Transition Roadmap (ETR). The first phase of the roadmap will consist of 10 national flagship energy transition projects to be developed with the participation of the private sector, as part of the Government’s structural reforms of the economy.
The exact details of the 10 flagship projects have not been shared, the Minister of Economy had indicated previously that total investments worth RM637b until 2050 is required to achieve the RE target, which includes investments in RE generation sources, strengthening of grid infrastructure including transmission lines enhancement, energy storage system integration and operation costs of grid system networks.
MIDF notes that there are pockets of opportunities within the sector, particularly in the RE space backed by strong Government support to develop a “green economy”. Top picks include YTL Power (BUY, TP: RM1.54) as a play into RE exports and the group’s new strategic focus on building up RE and data centre capacity.

1GW adopt by Sarawak
1GW by Australia
and the last GW from Peninsular.

Coming Aug or Sept, government will reveal the details of RE to export.

@ChloeTai Unfortunately, YTLPOWER got ZERO share. The market didnt aspect YTLP to take part on this. No worry.

The role of YTLP is act as logistic partner to sold those RE import from Peninsular. For example, with the partnership with TNB, PowerSeraya is selling 100MW RE for months. This is a 2 years term contract.

目前的阶段，暂时没有看到YTL或YTLP的影子。

至于YTL竞标bplant的土地，之前的文告中已经注明，不是为了太阳能发电，而是为了数据中心的预备。所以，YTL会朝向数据中心的方向前进。当然，YTL的数据中心，是以太阳能发电的绿色数据中心，所以所需要的土地也不少。

The NETR also aims to establish a pilot RE zone that will encompass an industrial park, zero-carbon city, residential development and data centre.

The Energy Market Authority (EMA) is inviting proposals to build, own and operate a gas-fired power plant for operations by 2028, it said in a statement on July 31

That's good development. It shows that the current electricity market in Singapore is very tight and no private developer has any plan to build new power plant besides Keppel. EMA definitely sees the need for a new power plant and hence seeks bid to build a new plant by 2028. But what's the incentives of building a new power plant while the capex of building one is quite high, and there is no certainty that the new power plant can make much money after running in 2028?
