Ya. The commentary also came out in The Edge & The Star before in October... about the "boiler" thing requirements... and it seems like only 1M Bhd can comply but not in 100%...

I think that's why the privatisation still on... and sbb need to be there till ytlp privatise...

Privatisation need time, they need to control at least 70%+ get the nod from EPF. Otherwise, it seems hard. Unless they willing to offer high take over price, but the FY that i knew, will never ever pay you more.
