OR means a company needs cash quickly to run certain operations of their company...usually when the OR expired...the mother stock price will fall..my opinion only...haha

holder will not sell the right issue at OR if they know the price. but not all is aware on this. i will buy all of them instead selling it.
people say profitable company is to invest in, look at topglve , harta etc glove with huge ebitda and billion of profit a quarter, STILL SINK TO PRE COVID.

On top of that, when want to convert the Rights into mother share, got to pay the conversion price some more ? Am I correct ?

Avantador no. the OR could be at any price 0.005 or 0.10 then after getting that you pay another 0.75.

Many sharks now dumping it mainly to run or to collect bullet to buy OR to get the rights.

But if AA price continue to drop below lets say RM0.80 then OR + right exceed 0.80
