I don't need to be like you, for many years I also never go and promote QL. Even now I also don't promote QL, I just prefer to teach new investors in how to look at and value companies. I don't need to be like you go promote sapnrg at every thread then say it is making a big profit this quarter, not realizing sape just sold 50% of its money making upstream business to Austrian omv for cheap cheap price. So once it sells away all its good business just to reduce debt ( still got many billions to go), then what story?

QL worth more than SAPE got reason. The reason is because it didn't have stupid management and droid shareholders like stoneraider.

Never underestimate the quality of his management.

FYI, no need to over promote la, you thinks stocks like playing computer games? Its like watching paint dry. Too much action, will definitely lose money.

i3lurker,

Calvin asked all to buy JTiasa at Rm1.18. Calvin also asked people to buy drb at 92 sen, prestar at 46 sen.


YOU ARE CORRECT!!

Calvin mentioned buy

1) Mrcb at 98.5 sen

2) Buy JTiasa at Rm1.18

3) Buy DRB at 92 sen

4) Buy Prestar at 46 sen

Now let's see

Both MRCB & JTiasa crashed. Mrcb not so bad but Jtiasa quite bad as price is now less than 50% (WOW! Jtiasa now only 53 sen sure can buy some!)

DRB at 92 sen was chun chun at its peak over Rm2.70 (Up 200%)

Prestar 46 sen also chun chun up 200% at its peak

SO LET'S DO OUR SUM

Calvin called to buy 4 shares = Mrcb, Jtiasa, DRb & Prestar

Each share maximum loss is 100% so 4 shares maximum total loss will be 400%

Now let's see again

1) JTiasa lost more than 50%

2) Buy call for Mrcb was 98.5 sen & today it is 87.5 sen (So lost 11 sen? Cry father cry mother already?)

What about Prestar making 200% & DRB also making 200%

SO TO SUM ALL PROFITS & LOSSES

CALVIN 4 STOCK STILL GAIN OVER 300%!!!

within 5 yrs, QL's revenue & profit have almost doubled.
share price movement have followed in tandem with its financial performance.
reaching the 1bil revenue in quarter performance would propel QL to greater heights.
one could say that QL deserves its sky high PE, since QL's consistent growth and profit churning capabilities are nearly unparalleled.

I have no idea why when I leave a comment on a stock in i3 nowadays, its share price would start falling after a week or so. I'm just a small fry & have no control over stocks. Just trying to earn some extra ringgit in the stock market.

Follow PUNTER IB sure okay one lah, lai let PUNTER IB give you all a list of good stock picks:

1. Econpile
2. Hartalega
3. Uchitec
4. United Plantations
5. Serba Dinamik
6. Bermaz Auto
7. QL Resources

Mostly I would say holding period of at least 9 months to 1 year, not the kind of quick money but the slow and steady kind. Won't give you heart attack. Wait after I graduate I will take time to write out the rationales behind these picks. No need follow other IBs, just one PUNTER IB is enough. Most importantly, if I cease coverage I will give reason behind it or make a SELL call, won't be like those disappear suddenly.
