Dear rchi,
I am not interested to compete with others.
I never attack anyone in I3.
I never badmouth any stock in I3.
I just want to defend myself.
If I see any stock has the potential to move up north, I will highlight it in I3.
This is a YTLPower forum, I just want to talk about YTLPower only, no other stock I like to talk.
I did recommend property stocks to my followers.
I also recommended to buy Cresndo to my followers when the share price of Cresndo was at 2.20.
I bought a lot of Cresndo shares around 2.20, I sold all in last few days around 3.60 level because my target price is only 3.80.
Among all property stocks in Johor, I recommended 5 stocks.
1.) UEMS
2.) Sunway/WB
3.) IOIPG
4.) KSL
5.) Cresndo
I made the most money is Sunway-WB. I bought them around 0.50 and sold all around 2.00.
I do not like to mention here because this is YTLPower forum.
I do not wish to say that I am very good in selecting stocks, I hope all readers here making a lot of money on YTLPower.

OTB seldom missed good fundamental stocks.
Cresndo is the last to perform among all 5 stocks.

I hate to see somebody keep on talking I contributed nothing in i3 but to talk bad about certain chosen counters. Please go back and read yourself when did I start to comment on those counters? Either already grossly overpriced, or fundamentally unsound due to untrustworthy directors.
HYR I started to comment when promoters came in day in day out with all the crack spread, and the price was then at 13.80
YTLP I started comment after Chinese New Year when someone from Singapore mentioned YTLP may have problem getting power supply from TNB due to his big mouth when he had an interview by a Bloomberg in Singapore years back. That was very damaging.

dragon328, really genius deal! Thanks for the idea! Crescendo still have 1,200 acres land at Bandar Cemerlang, Johor. This land is now comparable to YTLP's Kulai land. Its now worth RM6.3 billion, which is 6x the market cap of Crescendo!!

Of note is that Crescendo sold a piece of land of 23 acres in Johor to Microsoft Payments at RM120 pst, what a genius deal for Crescendo management!!
FYI, YTLP bought the 657ha Kulai land at just RM6.00 psf, which means the Kulai land has appreciated in value by 20 times in just 2 years!! It was valued at RM430m then but is now worth RM8.5 billion !!!

Poh Kong the arnab vs YTLP the kura kura. The arnab tidur for the whole day leh. After wake up only moved one step leh. The kura kura crawling pun faster than the arnab moved 9 steps leh.
