英中关系现在这局面，会真的是国安法问题？这么表面信息肯定不是主要的问题关键，背后的利益才事实，从历史观察英国可是玩外交手段的老祖宗，比谁都精。国安法只是他们利用得一个平台而已，如果他们这么关心人权，沙特和印度还有很多这国家怎么没听他们这么在乎过。

贝佐斯身价突破历史高点

7月2日周四，亚马逊股价收涨0.4%，达到2890.30美元的历史高点，市值达1.44万亿美元。自3月16日触及近期低点以来，亚马逊股价已上涨超71%；而自今年以来，亚马逊股价涨幅达56.42%。

随着新冠病毒疫情在全球的蔓延，欧美大多数国家已普遍要求民众居家隔离，线上购物正火得飞起，这给亚马逊这个电商巨头带来了庞大商机。新冠肺炎疫情危机和居家抗疫措施令线上购物需求暴增，亚马逊此前曾表示，将增加175000名仓库和送货工人，以追赶不断增长的需求。

股价暴涨，贝佐斯身价水涨船高，飙升至1716亿美元。

根据彭博亿万富豪指数（Bloomberg Billionaires Index），上述数字打破了贝佐斯在2018年9月创下的1677亿美元个人财富纪录。值得注意的是，上一次创造纪录时，贝佐斯尚未与前妻麦肯齐闹离婚。

20多年前，麦肯齐和贝佐斯在同一家对冲基金工作时相识，两人1993年结婚。1994年，贝佐斯创立亚马逊，麦肯齐是当时亚马逊的会计，也是亚马逊最早的员工之一。两人婚后共抚养四名子女。

但是该数据能否真实反映目前的美国就业情况？据新华社报道，6月，衡量在职和求职人口总数占劳动年龄人口比例的劳动参与率环比上涨0.7个百分点至61.5%，但仍较2月份水平低1.9个百分点。

由于劳工部就业报告的样本调查是在6月中旬进行，随后美国佛罗里达州等多州疫情大幅反弹，导致当地重启部分封锁措施，当月就业报告未能完全反映出实际失业状况。

劳工部当天公布的另一份报告显示，截至6月27日一周，美国首次申请失业救济人数达到142.7万。截至6月20日一周，显示投保人员中正接受失业救济人数占比的投保失业率仍维持在13.2%的历史高位。

实际上，和白宫的乐观恰恰相反，美国各界近期一再警告，经济全面复苏会很漫长，就业形势不容乐观。旧金山联储银行行长玛丽·戴利7月1日预计，即便按最佳情景假设，美国在今年底的失业率仍将超过10%，4到5年内都无法回到危机前的水平。

众议院民主党党鞭吉姆·克莱伯恩（Jim Clyburn）1日对媒体说：“公共卫生危机结束，就业危机才能结束。”“本届政府将头埋在沙子里，并假装病毒会奇迹般地消失，不会的。这种做法只会延长我们国家的危机。”

This only will help to upgrade forecast on basic calculations.

In fact, all shld learn this basic knowledge in stocks market, rather than cheering or cursing, talking obout dump n pum, operators n so on.

It does not help.
Pity many trade blindly, refuse to learn.

1. No of shares unsubscribed
2. No of shares you are holding.
3. The more shares you are holding, the more excess you are allotted
4. In this case, if you subscribed excees more than you are originally allotted, the chances of getting in full is lowee
