Remember that gloves mostly depend on contagious diseases outbreak on a global scale .
In other words don't compare with electricity utilities which are on increasing demand even on a daily basis.

YTL POWER 讲得很清楚, NVIDIA 是合夥人(partner) "不是租户tenant “ 當然NVIDIA 如果有用到YTL POWER 的设施是要算租金的. YTL POWER 要的整体合作而不是那一点点租金.

个人的猜想。
YTLP建设AI DC。
Nvidia成为其租户，为在东南亚一带Nvidia的原有顾客，提供AI云端服务。
说大马有地、水、RE电源的，是Nvidia CEO本人。

Nvidia有15%的业务是用sgd来计算。
隔壁家在2021年，就建设AI，不过用的GPU是AMD的。

So childish believe in what so called democracy or 100% full reform can be done in a short period. Look at Singapore, is it a fully democracy country? Instead Singapore focus on killing corruption, attract investment, create best business environment, best retirement scheme, first class education and so on. Learn from Singapore is one of the best solutions. Politic itself is complicated and can be manipulated by many factors. So far, at least I see DSAI is a hardworking PM to attract foreign investment.
So lucky that YTLP main profit from Singapore and the profit is at least until end of 2026. Moreover, YTLP power got the vision to invest in RE, data centre, digital bank etc which are almost all at high growth sectors in the coming years..

@speakup Najib sentence is being reduce.. because Anwar is going after Dr M and Najib still have influence on Umno. To tackle down Dr M , it also need to tackle down the whole Idea behind him. The more support Anwar got the better , as there will be less disturbance.

To me, it is normal for investors to sell on news after the Singapore EMA's award of new CCGT to PowerSeraya and especially after YTLP share price hit a new high last week.

Brace for more profit taking this week. Fundamentals are still intact.

@HumptyDumpty, yes YTLP shares do not have much insider trading. The current share price weakness is more of normal profit taking after its long rally since early January, and the news of PowerSeraya clinching a new CCGT was more of an excuse for retailers to sell on news, more so when CNY is approaching. That's my read.

The support according to Fibonacci Retracement is as follows:-
23.6% - 3.75
38.2% - 3.45
50.0% - 3.20

I believe 23.6% and 38.2% will be strong supports.

Chinese New Year profit taking is usual and normal for celebrations. Some of the remiziers might have already gone on holiay.
But we also notice strong support after the selldown. That's the beauty of rock solid stock like YTL POWER. The quarter results at 31-12-2023 will be out sometimes this month and should be a very exciting one !
